She is still learning Slovenian so the workshop will be in English.We will be making “Mercimekli Haşhaşlı Börek” which is Burek with Green Lentils and Poppy Seed Paste. And also we will have Turkish tea brewed in traditional Turkish tea pot “Demlik”. Participation is free of charge and the only thing you need to bring is a storage box for the bureks that you will bring home. Workshop will take 1.5 hours. Contact with MC Zalec for enrolling. “
